Metals India currently has three commercial heat treatment facilities in Haryana, India. The company was established in 1979 with a small heat treatment shop which has now grown in strength and brand and has become the largest fully equipped heat treatment plants in India processing approximately 1000 tons of materials a month.

We are equipped with state-of-the-art testing equipment and technical staff to provide customers with a broad range of experience in process development for numerous materials and parts.

We have recently increased our capacity by installing the New Abar-Ipsen® H3636® Horizontal Vacuum Furnace with the latest Ipsen patented technologies AvaC™ (Acetylene Vacuum Carburizing) and AvaC-N™ (Vacuum Carbo-Nitriding). This furnace is the first of it's kind in India with stringent specifications. This will cater for all Vacuum Heat Treatment requirements in India in various industries.
